With this role the person will be responsible for defining and following all Safety and QC procedures.
- Maintains all safety regulations and a safe work environment.
- Responsible for stopping produced non-conforming material from reaching customers.
- Responsible for updating all Metal plates and Overseas Logs.
- Must understand what aspect of each part needs to be checked and why, so the operator can continue production in a timely fashion.
- Must be able to record findings using company standards.
- Must be able to identify what constitutes an ISO violation.
- Responsible for all in-process inspections.
- Should print part number labels for all parts and time permitting apply labels as well.
What We are Looking For:
- Competent using all tools: tape measure, angle finder, square, gauges, calipers, CMM-Romer, etc.
- Experience with safety requirements.
- Previous Manufacturing setting -two or more years of experience with Quality / ISO procedures.
- Must be available to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Safety Training.
Must pass a drug screen including marijuana testing.
Must have reliable transportation.
