With this role the person will be responsible for following all safety and production procedures:
- Works with area managers and other leads to perform production tasks and standard operating procedures.
- Finish all assigned tasks for the day as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
- Ensure the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized.
- Notify the Production Supervisor, Lead, or Maintenance regarding any problems concerning equipment or materials.
- Analyze root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions when necessary.
- Some of the jobs performed could include but are not limited to: Saw Hand, Connector Cell, Grinding, Bumping, Tube Cutting, and End Forming.
- Must be willing to work in a team setting to achieve ALL production goals for the day.
What We are Looking For:
- 2+ years experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting preferred, but we are willing to train.
- Multi-task in a fast fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift 75 pounds.
- Must stand for long periods of time.
Must pass a drug screen including marijuana testing.
Must have reliable transportation.
