With this role the person will be responsible for maintaining and improving property, plant and equipment:
- Maintain all safety regulations and a safe work environment.
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedule per ISO and company requirements.
- Maintain and improve machinery, equipment, and facility.
- Improve machinery to improve safety and process flow.
- Implement “Lean” techniques to improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.
- Keep facility clean and free from issues or flaws in equipment and property.
- Help with projects as required by management.
- Maintain records of machine failures.
- Maintain a record of day-to-day operations.
- This is 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
What We are Looking For:
- Two or more years experience in Manufacturing Maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of industrial machine repair.
- Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance requirements.
- Hydraulics a must.
- Welding Fabricating is a plus.
- Tow-motor "driving" & as well as repair/maintenance.
- Physical Demands - be able to stand for 8 - hour shift
- Be able to lift 75 - 100 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Technical/vocational skills preferred.
- Must pass a drug screen including marijuana testing.
- Must have reliable transportation.
